How do you describe Sleep No More? Officially speaking, it’s an “indoor promenade performance” or an interactive play. Unofficially, it’s a cross between Eyes Wide Shut and a haunted house. Punchdrunk took over a warehouse in Chelsea and recreated the abandoned McKittrick Hotel, where silent scenes from Shakespeare’s MacBeth are acted out in broken sequence.
